Guest Ratings & Reviews
I stayed at Cheval Place main building and had a great experience overall. The rooms were big, very clean, comfortable, and very safe, with all finishing of the highest standard. However, the bedroom was a bit overheated due to the AC not working properly. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going as far as providing a birthday cake and balloons for my son's special day. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to Winter Wonderland, Harrods, and London Science Museum. I also enjoyed a delightful Lebanese takeaway delivered straight to the door. The dining experience was convenient, with a lovely cafe just a minute's walk away for quick bites. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, offering everything I needed during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The two-bed apartment had all the necessary facilities, although the bedroom's AC was over-heated and not working properly. The hotel's location was brilliant for shopping and exploring central London. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my son's birthday special. However, the dining options were limited to nearby cafes, and there were some issue with the breakfast. Price was fair considering the amenities offered.
I absolutely loved staying at this 4-story townhouse hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained; I wouldn't mind living there rather than just renting for a few days. The service was top-notch with helpful and kind staff who were prompt in addressing any issues. The location was perfect, nestled in a luxury area near Harrods and surrounded by various shops and restaurants, ideal for exploring central London. I particularly enjoyed the dining experience at a lovely cafe just a minute away. However, a minor gripe was the lack of kitchen utensils and top-of-the-range appliances. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few small drawbacks.
